Bulk Barcode Generator: Barcodes from a List or CSV, Printable Labels

Labelling a whole stock list? Paste your codes or upload a CSV, pick the barcode type once, and get every barcode in one go, as files or as A4 label sheets ready to print and stick.

Paste values, one per line, to see the barcodes here.

    How to use

    1. Choose the barcode type, then paste one value per line or upload a CSV (value, then an optional label).
    2. Check the preview of the first 12 and the list of invalid rows; fix them or let them be skipped.
    3. Download a ZIP of PNG or SVG files, or an A4 PDF with the label grid that matches your sticker sheet.

    Good to know

Every row is validated with the same rules as the single generator: wrong lengths, letters in number-only codes and wrong check digits are listed with the row number, and missing check digits are added.

Label grids: 2 × 7, 3 × 8, 3 × 10, 4 × 10 and 5 × 13 on A4, or set your own columns, rows, margins and gap. Barcodes print at their real size and are shrunk only if a label is too small. Print at 100% (no 'fit to page').

Up to 2,000 rows per batch, made in your browser; your list is never uploaded. Real EAN/UPC/GTIN numbers must be licensed from GS1 India (or your country's GS1 office). This tool only draws the barcode for a number you already own; it does not issue numbers.

    Questions

What should my CSV look like?

One barcode per row: the value in the first column and an optional label in the second. The label becomes the file name and, if you tick the option, the text under the barcode. A header row like 'value, label' is skipped.

    What happens to invalid rows?

They are skipped and listed with their row number and the reason, so you can fix them and run again. The result also shows how many were skipped.

Which label sheet should I choose?

Match the sticker sheet you bought: 3 × 8 (24 labels) and 4 × 10 (40 labels) are common in India. Use Custom with the margins printed on the sheet's packet.

How many barcodes can I make at once?

Up to 2,000 rows per batch. Split bigger lists into parts.

    Do I need GS1 numbers?

Only for products sold in retail. For internal stock, assets or library labels, Code 128 with your own numbers is fine.
