HTML Viewer: Paste HTML and See a Live Preview

Paste or open an HTML file and see it rendered next to the code. The preview updates as you type.

HTML code
Live preview

How to use

  1. Paste HTML on the left, or open an .html file.
  2. Watch the live preview on the right; switch between desktop, tablet and phone width.
  3. Turn on scripts or external files only if you trust the code.

Good to know

The preview runs inside a sandboxed frame. It cannot read this website, your cookies or other tabs, and it cannot open pop-ups or move this page. Scripts are off by default; when you switch them on they still run inside the sandbox.

By default the preview also blocks every network request, so pasted code cannot load trackers or remote images. Turn on "Load external images and styles" if your page needs a CSS framework or images from a CDN.

The width buttons show the page at about 768 px (tablet) and 390 px (a typical phone), which is a quick way to spot layouts that break on mobile. It is a preview, not a full browser test: check the real page on a phone before publishing.

Questions

Is it safe to paste HTML from someone else?

The preview is sandboxed and blocks the network and scripts by default, so it is much safer than opening the file directly. Still, only turn on scripts for code you trust.

Why do my images not show?

External files are blocked to keep the preview private. Switch on "Load external images and styles", or use images embedded as data: URLs.

Does it upload my code?

No. Everything runs in your browser.

Can I see JavaScript output?

Yes, switch on "Run scripts in the preview". Alerts and pop-ups are blocked by the sandbox.

Can I save the HTML?

Yes. Download saves the code as an .html file.
