  3. Choose how to round each share. Add delivery or other charges under More options.

Good to know

Share = (bill + tip + extra charges) ÷ number of people. A ₹3,240 dinner for 4 is ₹810 each. With a 10% tip the total is ₹3,564, or ₹891 each.

Rounding up makes UPI transfers easier: at ‘₹10’ each person pays ₹900, and the extra ₹36 collected is shown as ‘left over’. You can keep it for the next chai or return it.

This splits the bill equally. If someone ordered much more or did not drink, split those items separately first and enter the shared part here.

Questions

How do I split a bill with tip?

Enter the tip % and the calculator adds it before dividing. The share and the tip amount are both shown.

Why is the rounded total more than the bill?

Each share is rounded up, so the group collects a little more. The extra is shown as ‘left over’.

Can I add a delivery or packing charge?

Yes. Use ‘Delivery or other charges’ under More options. It is split equally too.

Can I split unequally?

Not here. Work out the separate items first, then split the shared part equally.

Is anything stored?

No. The calculation runs only on your device.
