Lorem ipsum is scrambled Latin that printers and designers have used for centuries. Because it has no meaning, people look at the layout instead of reading the words. "Start with the classic opening" begins with the familiar "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet".
The Hindi option uses simple Devanagari words, so you can check line height, matras and font rendering in Hindi designs, which Latin text cannot show. Hindi lines are usually taller and words longer than English, so test with Hindi if your page will be in Hindi.
Placeholder text is for drafts only. Replace it before publishing: search engines treat lorem ipsum as low-quality content, and it is easy to forget in a corner of a page.
