How to use

  1. Paste your text.
  2. Type what to find and what to replace it with.
  3. Choose match case, whole words or regular expression, then copy the result.

Good to know

By default the search is plain text and ignores case, so "colour" also finds "Colour". Turn on "Match case" to replace only exact capitals, and "Whole words only" so that "cat" does not change "concat". Whole-word matching understands Hindi letters too.

With "Use regular expression" on, the find box is a JavaScript regex and the replacement can use $1, $2 for groups, $& for the whole match and $<name> for named groups. For example, find (\d+)-(\d+)-(\d+) and replace with $3/$2/$1 to turn 2026-10-27 into 27/10/2026.

Every match is replaced at once; the counter shows how many. To preview matches before replacing, try the pattern in the Regex tester first. Leave "Replace with" empty to delete every match.
